Wuxi New Power Motor Technology Co., Ltd. has officially unveiled its most advanced and innovative mid-drive e-bike system to date — the LMM-System, marking a new milestone in e-bike technology focused on system integration, cost efficiency, and serviceability.
Featuring a completely new and innovative design, the LMM-System delivers high performance and strong torque output while significantly reducing overall motor costs. Its modular architecture also enables fast and convenient replacement, greatly simplifying after-sales service and lowering maintenance costs for manufacturers and distributors.
The LMM-System integrates fully interchangeable drive units, controllers, batteries, and displays, offering unprecedented flexibility and customization for both OEMs and end users. At the heart of the system is its hub-style mid-drive motor concept, allowing manufacturers to deploy multiple system configurations on a single frame platform, expanding product diversity while reducing development complexity.
All components of the LMM-System are independently developed and manufactured in-house, leveraging over 20 years of experience in electric vehicle system engineering. This ensures exceptional reliability, stability, and long-term performance in real-world riding conditions.
To meet diverse riding demands, the LMM-System includes three optimized drive units:
LMM80A – Designed for urban commuting with a focus on efficiency and comfort
LMM80B – A versatile all-round solution for multiple riding scenarios
LMM80C – A high-power version for demanding performance and challenging terrain
The system is complemented by high-performance battery options and a range of display solutions to further enhance the riding experience. In addition, the company has partnered with bike manufacturers to introduce a dedicated mobile application and a European dealer service platform, strengthening digital connectivity and after-sales support.
The launch of the LMM-System highlights Wuxi New Power Motor Technology’s engineering innovation and system-level expertise in the e-bike sector, establishing a new collaborative model for the industry and signaling the arrival of a new era in electric-assisted mobility.
